Terms of use
These terms cover your use of dqintel.com and, where you have a login, the DQ Intel service. If your company has signed a subscription agreement with us, that agreement comes first wherever the two differ.

1. Who we are
DQ Intel is provided by DQ Offshore Limited, registered in Scotland (SC558260) at 5 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UT, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@dqoffshore.com.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site and ask for a demo freely. The example leads, screens and figures shown on the site illustrate the service as it stood on the date stated; some are marked as illustrative. They are not offers and should not be relied on for any decision.
3. Logins
A login is for one named person. Keep your password to yourself, do not share a login between colleagues, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used yours. We may suspend a login that is shared, used to attack the service, or used against these terms.
4. What the intelligence is, and is not
DQ Intel gathers information from published sources and licensed data, checks it against its source, and uses AI models to read, summarise and rate it. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, and every lead links to where it came from so that you can check it yourself. It remains commercial information, not advice. Horizons, tiers and ratings are our estimates. Projects slip, change and are cancelled. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it, and make your own commercial decisions.
5. Contacting the people we name
Where the service gives you a business contact, you are responsible for how you use it. Approach people only about matters relevant to their professional role, identify yourself and your company, respect any request not to be contacted again, and follow the marketing and data protection law that applies to you, including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Tell us if someone asks to be removed, so that we can remove them for everyone.
6. What you may not do
- Resell, republish or pass on the intelligence outside your own organisation, unless your agreement with us allows it.
- Copy the service in bulk, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product or data set.
- Try to get round sign-in, access another customer's workspace, or probe or disrupt the service.
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, or for anything unlawful.
7. Ownership
The DQ Intel name, the software, the way the intelligence is selected, arranged and rated, and the text the service writes are ours or our licensors'. Third-party articles and reports remain the property of their publishers; we link to them and do not claim them. What you put into the service, such as your notes and your pipeline, stays yours.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and up to date, but it depends on sources and providers outside our control. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we do not promise that the site or the service will always be available or free of errors.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, the website is provided as it is, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business, opportunity or data, or for any indirect loss, arising from use of the website or reliance on what it shows. Liability under a paid subscription is set out in the subscription agreement.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice and the cookie notice.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. They are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without taking away any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
